We understand surgery can be a stressful time for any pet owner.
Our veterinary team will walk you through the entire process, giving you the tools to make informed decisions regarding your pet’s treatment options. We will be available every step of the way to answer questions before and after to put your mind at ease.
We require most surgery patients to have a pre-surgical visit with one of our doctors prior to the day of surgery to answer any questions you may have and go over the procedure being performed. At this visit, we will run bloodwork (if needed) to check your pet’s organ functions to see if we need to alter our anesthetic protocol or medications to go home. At the time of your scheduled drop-off, a team member will meet with you and take time to make sure to answer any questions or concerns you may have. We ask that you fill out paperwork and our consent form prior to your scheduled drop-off.
After surgery, a team member will call or text you to let you know when your pet is out of surgery and in recovery. They will also let you know what time to pick your pet up to go home.
